About us

We are the operation in China, not the reseller

We book, we assign guides, and we meet you when you land. Between the person planning the trip and the person running it there is nobody — and that is the only thing we are interested in explaining.

Who we are

We work from China. The team is in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi'an and Guilin, and it is that team that makes the named bookings, chooses the guide and fixes whatever goes wrong, on China time.

We are not an agency in Europe buying a package from an operator. We are not a catalogue. We are the people who turn up at the airport.

We speak European and Brazilian Portuguese, and we treat that distinction as a requirement rather than a detail. The guide is one person, from the first day to the last, and the language is written into the contract before any payment.

We work from 2 travellers. We never put strangers on the same coach, and there are no shop stops on the route.

Why book direct

Three ways of travelling to China, compared side by side. The difference is not what you see — it is who runs it.

The team

There are three people on the other side of WhatsApp, with names and cities.

I work with families with children. I set the pace by how tired they are, not by the opening hours of the park.

Frequently asked questions

Are you an agency in Europe?

No. The operation is in China: we book, we assign guides, we meet you on arrival. Talking to us means talking to the people who run the trip, not to someone reselling it.

Why is the price not the lowest on the market?

Because no shop stops subsidise the price, and no group of 40 people spreads the cost of the guide. The figure you see is the cost of the trip.

Does the guide speak Portuguese?

Yes, and it is agreed in writing before payment. It is one guide from the first day to the last, with no handovers between cities.

What if something goes wrong during the trip?

There is a 24-hour emergency line in Portuguese, on China time. It is not an office number that rings unanswered at three in the morning in Beijing.

Do you issue a contract and a receipt?

Yes. The contract from the operation in China and the receipt are issued before the final payment, with the legal entity identified.

Talk to the people who run it

Start with a message, not a form.

Tell us how many of you there are, when you want to travel, and what cannot be missed. We handle the rest.
